Many buildings are not subject to welding inspections because some of the executives do not have the information on boiling inspections and after completing the construction of the time they are required to issue legal licenses, they are required to have a certificate of boiling test.

There are also a number of employers and contractors who are aware of this, but because there are profitable companies that have no supervision in the construction phase and only certify the quality of welding certificates.
