Description of responsibilities for technical and executive duties
Considering the need for the breakdown of activities defined in Article 10 of the Statute, Organization and Organization, and Article 2 of the Executive Code of Article 194 of the Law of the 5th Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the duties of the technical and executive officials of the Dejariyah are as follows. :
A. Planning and technical consulting
B. Study and Design
C) Tracking, monitoring, and reporting
D) issuing a construction permit
A) Development planning and technical consultancy:
1- Technical advice to the tenants regarding land use offer when preparing, reviewing and implementing the village guide’s plan
2- Technical advice to the Dejder for contracting construction contracts and holding tenders for construction projects.
3. Technical advice for the development of rural development projects, prioritizing and locating them
4. Technical and engineering consulting in order to perform better the duties assigned to the dignitary (in accordance with the detailed description of the duties of the dignitary) in the field of civil engineering
5- Technical advice to the Deathmans to explore and identify the potential, shortcomings, needs and developmental, social, health, educational and welfare failures of the village with the aim of developing a five-year Dehariyah program
6- Consult the relevant organizations in designing the martyrs’ graves and monitoring the good performance of the elements
7. Identification and planning of village safety against accidents and natural disasters
LOF- Planning of civil engineering and technical consulting:
8. Planning and efforts to preserve the ancient buildings and works of the village and collaborate with the competent authorities in the reconstruction.
9. Planning and action for naming passages, villages and facilities according to the relevant laws and regulations.
10. Supervise the good implementation of rural development projects in the framework of the approved village planner plan
11 – Plan, design and oversee the design of the village environment and meet the necessary standards
12. Planning and implementation of the guidelines and technical manuals communicated by the Municipality and the county governor’s offices
13. Participate in all training programs designated by the competent authorities and planning to use it to improve the status of village affairs.
